1. Install and activate the policy generator plugin
- Search for "WP AutoTerms" (free option) or "Complianz" (premium option) https://gplvilla.com/p/complianz-privacy-suite-gdpr-ccpa-premium/
- Install and activate your chosen plugin
2. Configure the plugin
- Navigate to the plugin's settings page
- Enter client's business information:
- Company name
- Contact email
- Website URL
- Business type/industry
- Location/jurisdiction
3. Generate the policies
- Use the plugin's policy generator tool
- Select which policies to create (Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Cookie Policy)
- Review generated content for accuracy
- Publish as separate pages
4. Add links to website footer
- Navigate to Appearance > Widgets or Theme Editor
- Add links to each policy in the footer menu
- Save changes
