Uncheck “discourage search engine”
Replace URL & Regenerate CSS Files
Note: this is particularly useful if fonts don’t display correctly after migrating to live site.
Elementor - Tools - Replace URL
Type in http://[domain] in the old URL field, type in https://[domain] in the new URL field, click “Replace URL” button
After that, go back to General, and click on “Regenerate CSS Files” button, and “Sync Library” button.
All In One Migration

How to set up
(or) AnyChat Plugin
Create new widget at Anychat’s website
Username and password → Main Access
Add to WordPress and enable what’s requested by the clients
Wordfence Security
Search and install “WordFence Security” plugin
Choose “Get Your WordFence License”
Choose “FREE”, → I’m OK waiting 30 days and enter your email address, choose “No” for alerts
Check your email, choose “install My License Automatically”
Wordfence > Firewall > Manage Firewall > Under protection level, select “Optimize The WordFence Firewall”
Download both the .htaccess and user.ini, then click continue. And then please upload both files into the respective client's folder on Gdrive, under CLIENT FILES.

Install WP Mail SMTP Plugin
Following the video, insert the SMTP information during setup. You should be able to find this information when you created the webmail.
Make sure you use the same email and password you created in the “Create Webmail” step above.
Remember to select SSL encryption.
Under “Tools”, send a test email to your own email. If email fails to send means something isn’t right, go back and double check settings.
Step 1: Install SMTP Plugin
Go to WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add New
Search for "SMTP"
Install and activate WP Mail SMTP plugin
Step 2: Create Business Email
Access your hosting control panel
Navigate to Email section
Create new email account with:
Generic professional email address (e.g., hello@yourdomain.com)
Strong password
Optional recovery email
Copy and paste mail info into this Client Confidential Sheet
Step 3: Configure SMTP Settings
Gather SMTP credentials from hosting provider:
SMTP host/server name
Port number (typically 465)
Username (email address)
Password
Configure WP Mail SMTP plugin:
Set "From Email" (your new business email)
Set "From Name"
Select "Other SMTP" as mailer
Enter SMTP host
Choose SSL encryption
Input port 465
Enter email credentials
Step 4: Test Configuration
Go to WP Mail SMTP > Tools
Enter test email address
Send test email
Check receiving inbox to verify delivery
Key Technical Details:
Port: 465
Encryption: SSL
Required credentials:
Incoming server information
Outgoing server information
Login credentials
Note: This process works with all major web hosts, though specific server names and settings may vary by provider.
Enable reCaptcha
Dashboard > Elementor > Settings > Integrations > reCAPTCHA v3 (click link) > Get Started
Login as “admin@bingodigital.marketing” account
Create new project at https://console.cloud.google.com/welcome
And type in the project’s name
Go to https://www.google.com/u/6/recaptcha/admin/site/720346744
Create new website by clicking on “+”,
Add Label “yourcompany.com”
Choose reCAPTCHA type “Score Based v3”
Add Domains “yourcompany.com”
Choose Google Cloud Platform “BINGO DIGITAL MARKETING”
Choose project’s name
and copy paste Site Key and Secret Key > Save Changes
Check Enquiry Form
Edit Form > Email >
In the “To” Field, make sure to enter the client’s business email address. If you don’t have client’s business email or have multiple, clarify with PM or client which to use.
In the “From Email” field, insert the webmail (with client’s domain) that you have just created above.
“Reply-To”: “Email Field”
Meta Data: remove all, keep “Page URL” only
Add reCaptcha to Enquiry Form
Add reCaptcha v3 to every contact form
SSL (for SiteGround only)
Enable in SiteGround Site Tools, choose “Force https://”
Tracking & Analytics
For Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console
Install plugin Site Kit by Google, activate it.
Choose “Start Setup”
✅ check “Connect Google Analytics as part of your setup”, connect to blackflam85@gmail.com, then follow all the setup instructions.

Install MainWP Child plugin, activate it first
