The 1-3-1 Method: Problem-Solving Made Simple

What Is It?

A straightforward way to present problems and solutions to your team or managers.

How It Works

1️⃣ ONE Problem

  • State exactly what needs solving
  • Example: "Homepage load time is over 5 seconds on mobile devices"

2️⃣ THREE Options

  • List three possible solutions
  • Example:
    1. "Optimize and compress all images"
    2. "Remove unnecessary plugins"
    3. "Implement lazy loading"

3️⃣ ONE Recommendation

  • Share your suggested solution and why
  • Example: "Recommend option 1 because it's quick to implement and will have immediate impact"
