Ghosted Clients
If a client is hesitant to proceed or ghosts you:
- Keep the door open: Propose scheduling a call or ask if there are concerns you can address.
- Example:
"Hi [Client Name], I noticed you haven’t responded to the proposal yet. If you have any questions or concerns, I’d be happy to hop on a quick call to help clarify anything."
- Example:
- Move the lead to a “Dormant/Follow-Up Later” column if no progress is made.
Keep Metrics Updated
- Track the duration from lead creation to deposit approval for each client in Trello CRM. This helps measure pipeline efficiency.
