Ensuring the client reviews the proposal is crucial for conversion. Follow-ups are automated in Swipe One.
Manual Follow-Up Schedule:
- First Reminder (Day 3): Friendly nudge to ensure they received and reviewed the proposal.
- Weekly Reminders (Day 7, Day 14, etc.): Reiterate the benefits and invite questions.
- Long-Term Reminders: Weekly follow-ups continue up to 6 months or until the lead is closed.
